  1. That is awesome! Any trade show or conference that does not sell out (most of them) should do something like this. I’ve worked in events in some way shape or form for the last 10 years and that is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen.

If you’re not into trade shows you’re calling me a dork right now.

  2. Chris, the video is a totally brilliant idea! Coming from out of town (country) as we are, I already feel more comfortable with the location and venue from seeing this.

One question – you mentioned that Podchick mailed some stickers, am I better off mailing you Uncle Seth stickers or should I just hold on to them until we get there? Whatever is easier for you, just let me know.

Also we are planning to do a freebie PodCamp sampler CD of some Uncle Seth music, and hopefully some folks will be interested in buying our regular CDs and t-shirts. We’ll definitely bring this stuff down with us.

REALLY getting excited about PodCamp! Looking forward to meeting you and everyone else.

    Jay from Uncle Seth
    Toronto, Ontario, Canada

  3. Attention All Campers:
I’ve very excited about coming to PodCamp! I’ve been inspired to share the gift of the pitch with some of you who will be attending the event, so I’m going to offer my services to the first 5 people who contact me and reference “PodCamp.” I will help you craft a catchy fun pitch to help you promote your podcast and feature your pitch on our website. Also, I’m hoping that one or two of you will reach out and show me around since I’ve only been to Boston once so far.

  4. John – thanks for the feedback!

Jay – you can send things in advance if you want, but if you want a guaranteed display arranged the way you want, rather than my peculiar idea of aesthetics, best to hold onto it yourself 🙂

LOVE the PodCamp sampler CD! Be prepared to bring a LOT of them. Have you tried:

  5. Cool, thanks for the info. Kunaki looks cool, the only problem for us is usually shipping into Canada jacks the price and adds time. We’ll probably end up sourcing that locally.
